1. Usage
Rubber strainer is used to filter and strain impurities in the rubber material and compound. Can be designed with two head which can improve the production efficiency. Often used in the whole reclaimed rubber machines line to make super fine reclaimd rubber.

3. Structure of rubber strainer

1. The rubber strainer consists of end, body, screw, reducer,
Coupling, motor, hydraulic head, base, water (steam) pipe and cabinet, etc.
2. There is groove between the body and bush for running the steam or cooling water. The
Bush is replaceable. At the rear part, there is a square feed hopper. The material is pressed into the head through the screen by rotating of screw.
3. The gear ring of head is quick-lock bayonet type with hydraulic opening. After the running for
A certain period of time or when the screen is broken, the head should be opened in order to change the screen. Otherwise, the output and quality of the strained rubber would be obviously
Affected.

4. Structure introduction of our rubber extruder
1) The rubber strainer is composed of head, frame, pedestal, pipeline, lubricating system and electrical control system.

2) Screw is made of 38CrMoALA, the reducer transfers drive through the motor. In order to heating or cooling screw, screw is hollow, add steam or cooling water through the rotated joint. Screw is a dicephalous isometry screw thread, and screw thread is wearable due to the surface of screw thread is heating nitrous treatment. Screw works when the frame is in pressure, and the axial drive is supported by thrust roller axletree in thrust axletree bedplate.

3) There is a hollow interlayer inside the frame, and it is convince in heating and cooling. In front of the frame, there are some bushes installed. According to abrasion degree of the bushes, we can exchange some new bushes. The clearance between screw and frame measured in diameter should be 0.330-0.447mm, it will affect the normal operation if less than 0.330-0.447mm, it will reduce capacity if more than 0.330-0.447mm.

4) There is a quadrate feed door in the back of airframe, put the rubber material into the airframe, screw rotationing presses rubber material to the head, press strip through filtration web.

5) The head is wrong tooth type, manual opens, open the nose replacement filtration web when use. Uses the certain time or filtration web brusted, or else effect the production capacity.

6) In order to decrease extrude resistance, the front head makes expands out taper mouth.

7) The head section is loaded with the thermometer, measure the temperature of the head, control the temperature of head.

8) We also can install frequency changer in the rubber strainer to improve the production efficiency.
