The company is headquartered in Beijing with an office in Shanghai and has two manufacturing facilities located in Suzhou (Jiangsu), China.
With 900,000 square feet and a staff of 300, CLG utilizes the most advanced technologies to manufacture a variety of soft/hard surface gears ( AGMA 14 / DIN 3, Module 1-30) up to 12 foot ( 3 meters ). Our facilities are equipped with the latest CNC Gear Grinders and Gear Hobber such as the Niles ZE1200 and the ZP20 from Germany, and the Horizontal Hobbing Machine from Japan.
In order to maintain the high quality of our products, we have established an effective QA system which enables us to control the quality within the entire manufacturing process, from purchasing the materials to the final product inspection. Our products meet the industry standard and are used worldwide in a diverse number of machine-oriented businesses ranging from those in the oil, mining and vessel industry to those in the aviation and transportation industry.
By establishing an office in San Jose, California, CLG can provide improved service and support to our North American customers.
