Founded in 2016, Shenzhen Bona Mold & Plastics Co., Ltd is a one-stop professional manufacturer of mold and plastic products. We provide mold designs and manufacturing, rapid prototyping, injection molding, laser carving, spray painting, screen printing, product assembly and OEM/ODM services. We specialize in making various injection molds including double-color injection molding machines and plastic products covering electronics, telecommunications, medical devices, auto accessories, household appliances, game players, computer displays, fine gifts, cosmetics, daily necessities and so on.
For many years, more than one hundred high-precision mold-manufacturing equipments, testing apparatus and injection machines have been imported from Switzerland, Japan, Taiwan, Germany and the US such as CNC milling machines, fast and slow precision Wire-Cut machines, mirror EDM machines, small hole EDM drill, grinding machines, rocker griller, gun drilling machine, lathe, spotting machines, tapping machine, saw machine, CMM, optical projector, etc. Our injection machines' clamping force covers from 60T to 1700T. What's more, we own standard molds making, injection molding, assembly workshop in Xixiang, Bao'an, Shenzhen and a staff of 15 years' experience in this field. Also, a system of quality control and management is intruduced to assure our products for perfection.
