Established in 1992, Ningbo Ideal Anti corrosion Material (Anti Corrosion Tape) Co., Ltd. (IDEAL TAPE) is located in the CiXi Economy Development Zone to the south of the Hangzhou Bay Trans-Ocean Bridge, on the bank of the beautiful and richly-endowed Hangzhou Bay. It enjoys a convenient transportation and superior surrounding.

As one of the largest Anti corrosion Tape producers in China, we are one of the unwonted enterprises that are capable of producing Self-Melted-Polyethylene Tape (PE Tape) for pipe coating, pipe fittings and surface treatment with the heat complex technology. Also, it has been the designated manufacturer and network membership enterprise of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec), China Petroleum Materials & Equipment Corporation (CPMEC), Anticorrosion and Heat-Reserving Technology Central Station for China Petroleum Capital Construction. Furthermore, it is a participant in charge of compiling two state business standards promulgated and executed by China National Petroleum Corporation and Ministry of State Construction.

IDEAL TAPE covers an area of 24, 000 square meters, and currently has 200-odd staff members including over 20 intermediate and senior technicians. It has grown out of CiXi Pipeline Anticorrosion Material Factory and Ningbo Ideal Polyethylene PE Tape Products Co., Ltd., and was renamed Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd. In 2001. It possesses an automatic production line for heat composite adhesive tapes, which was imported from the U. S. A. With an annual output of 4, 400 tons. Examination by the professional authority, China Petroleum & Natural Gas Company Group has proved that various performance indices of Ideal products are superior to state business standards and are up to the international standard of same sorts.

IDEAL TAPE for pipeline coating, pipeline fittings and pipeline treatment have passed the technical verification of Ministry of Chemical Industry, and have been listed in the National Torch Plan, and became the national-patent-for-invention products. IDEAL TAPE has established and implemented the ISO9001 Quality Management System. IDEAL TAPE is mainly engaged in five series of products, which are Inner Tape, Outer Tape, Joint Tape, Tape Primer, and Putty Tape with 10-odd categories in nearly 100 specifications. They can be used for the purposes of steel pipe surface corrosion resistance for various pipelines in facility projects of petroleum, petrochemical industry, city gas, oil and gas storage and transportation, power, water supply, metallurgy, civil aviation, etc.

Inner tape (Anticorrosion tape, Anti corrosion tape, Anticorrosive tape) is for anticorrosion of underground, underwater, & overhead pipelines.

Outer tape (Protection Tape, Protective Tape) is for protection of pipe and the surface of Inner Tape from damages.

Joint tape (Polyethylene PE Tape, Butyl Rubber Tape) is for anticorrosion of field joints, fittings, & specifically piping.

Tape Primer (Synthetic Primer) complementary product covers of the rusting steel pipe and enable to enhance the adhesive to the pipe since it is working with the adhesive of the polyethylene tape.
