For production efficiency, it is 40 times than traditional technology. In addition, more than 30% is raised in product power conversion efficiency and the product consistency can reach above 95%.
Up to now, Elaser has successfully achieved automatic production of 532nm integrated package laser diode for 20MW, 30MW and 50MW. It also plans to develop 100MW, 500MW and 1W, providing high-quality products and services in 532nm lasers application field globally.
