Dongguan Longjie Hardware Co., Ltd located in Dongguan city, consisting of plastic mold department, leather cases design and production department, and the Department of Electronics Assembly. We manufacture the accessories for iPhone, iPod, iPad, PDA, mobile phones, ebook, game player and other types of electronic product. Products include of leather cases, silicone cover, PC case and screen protector.
Department of Plastic and rubber mold has more than 200 employees, 11 engineers, three senior engineers; Plant has more than 6, 000 square meters. The major mechanical and electrical equipments are:
Six sets of CNC machining centers;
Twelve sets of EDM machine;
One set of Bulky grinding machine and 5 sets of precision grinding machines;
16 sets of milling machine from Taiwan;
Five sets of WEDM, one set of lathe;
Two sets of drill presses;
One set of precision hole punch machine from Taiwan;
One set of CMM (co-ordinate measuring machine);
Two sets of electronic height gauges;
One set of profile projector;
Ten sets of plastic injection machines;
As well as a number of advanced products and equipment production line.
Leather cases design and development department has 150 employees, with modern standard workshop, dozens of modernized production lines. With advanced production equipment and skilled staff, we could offer clients of high-quality leather goods.
