1. Equipment introduction
1.1 Equipment functions and composition
The battery module PACK line mainly includes: manual loading, code
scanning/OCV testing and sorting, manual gluing, manual stacking and
bundling, CCD polarity detection/addressing/binding, insulation testing, NG
cache, pole cleaning, and installation Connecting pieces, laser welding,
post-weld cleaning inspection, manual test assembly, EOL testing, product
off-line.
1.2 Basic information about the production line
1) Whole line production capacity (battery core): ≥5PPM; whole line
utilization rate: ≥95%;
2) Failure rate of the entire line (faults caused only by the equipment
itself): ≤ 2%;
3) Final welding pass rate: The first pass rate of the entire line of products
is ≥99%, and the final pass rate is ≥99.9%. The unqualified rate statistics
only include unqualified products caused by equipment problems;
4) MTBF (mean time between failures): >23H, equipment CMK≥1.67 (for
key product parameters);
5) All equipment has reserved MES interface functions, and the entire line
station data is uploaded to the database. The final integrated total barcode is
reflected on the module. All data and modules correspond one-to-one, and the
product is traceable;
6) The workstations, clamps, etc. of each station in this entire line are
designed based on the blueprint products and incoming materials. Party A
must provide corresponding parts, incoming materials, etc. according to the
blueprint products for Party B's debugging and acceptance;
7) Color: The color of the equipment shall be confirmed by Party A, and
Party A shall provide the corresponding color plate or national standard color
number (or Party B shall provide the color number for Party A to confirm);
8) The main body of all equipment in the production line adopts square
tube.
