We are pleased to introduce Jiangyin Fine Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. to you. For the past thirty years, we have been dedicated to equipment design and manufacturing in the coatings and ink industries. We are the drafting unit of national industry standards and the revision unit of national industry standards for dispersers and sand mills.
In the past thirty years, Jingren has adhered to the spirit of excellence and continuously explored the design and production of coating machinery (dispersers, sand mills, paint mixing kettles, etc.). Through cooperation with many well-known large-scale coating and paint manufacturers abroad, they have digested and absorbed foreign design concepts.
Our company covers an area of 19000 square meters, with a building area of 10500 square meters. We currently have 180 employees, including 15 technical designers with college degrees or above. The company attaches great importance to the cultivation of talent pool and regularly arranges training for management personnel to keep up with the times and meet the new requirements of different customers.
While strengthening talent reserves, the company also focuses on upgrading management. In 2008, the company successfully completed the debugging and operation of Kingdee ERP management software, improving the company's management and enhancing its production efficiency. The company has passed ISO9001 management certification and EU CE certification. In terms of hardware, the company currently has two American Haibao brand CNC cutting machines, one CNC bending machine, one automatic welding center, more than 50 gantry planers, coordinate boring machines, and large lathes as its main large-scale production equipment, with a monthly production capacity of over 100 sets.
