Wuhan San Zhao Mould Steel Co., Ltd., is located in Optical Valley International Enterprise Center, Wuhan East Lake Development Zone, is registered in Wuhan and has the legal personality. Our firm mainly deals with the domestic business and foreign trade of mould steel.

Company size:
Our company consists of three subsidiary companies: Daye Wei Feng Mining Technology Co., Ltd., Huangshi Sanli Forging Co., Ltd. And Huangshi Sanye Mould steel Co., Ltd. We possess some melting machines: MF furnaces, refining furnaces, vacuum degassing furnaces and electro slag furnaces. We also possess some steel processing devices: Hydraulic forging hammers and hydraulic forging machines. Our complementary production machines include continuous heating furnaces, bottom heating furnaces, chamber furnaces, annealing furnaces and finishing facilities. Processing machines include electric grinding wheel peeling machines, electric band saws, milling machines and lathes. We also have some other detecting machines for advanced chemical analysis and physical property analysis. The total assets are more than 120 million Yuan. Our firm can produce one hundred kinds of products, including cold work tool steel, hot work tool steel, plastic mould steel and alloy steel. The annual capacity is 30, 000 tons of mould steel, 20, 000 tons of forging materials and 10, 000 tons of formed forgings.

Staff:
We have 520 people and more than 80 members with college diplomas or above. Their majors are melt, rolling processing, metallurgical analysis, heat treatment, mechanical appliances, finance and business management. 60% of them are senior engineers. The recruited staff members are from Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. Which is China's Special Steel base. They work as leaders, operators and inspectors in different processes, including special steel melting, forging, heat treatment and finishing. Our firm forms a scientific structure of human resources. We work closely with universities in Wuhan on technical cooperation in areas of production, learning and research & development to enhance new product development capability and market competitiveness.
