Established in 1992, Shenzhen Kelida Industrial Co., Ltd. Is specialized in the precision investment casting manufacturing and exporting. As a joint venture enterprise with the registered capital of RMB 10 million, Kelida is enrolled as the member of CFA (China Foundry Association) and becoming the fast-growing exporting base of casting in South China. Whose wide-range production line covers all kinds of ferrous material including stainless steel, carbon steel and high alloy steel.
Kelida is located at Bao'an District in Shenzhen Economic Special Zone, where has an efficient logistics and developed transportation system. Only 10 miles to Shenzhen International Airport as well as 25 miles away from SheKou Harbour. There is a modernized plant with 12 thousand square meters requisite for casting production.
In passed years, most advanced technologies and equipment of investment casting process were introduced from USA, Germany and Taiwan. The full set of complete lost-wax casting, precision machining and posts treatment facilities have been built up in Kelida. Furthermore, a comprehensive quality assurance system has been set up according to relevant standards and international practice. Thanks to many year of advising from Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University and Beijing Steel and Iron College, a professional team has been trained and available as the backbone in technical department as well as research and developing department.
As the largest exporting base of precision casting in South China, "Better and faster, serve for the customers" is always as company's spirit. Now, the annual production capacity of Kelida reaches to 600 Tons and all of which are exported to oversea markets. The products include aviation parts, hardware tools, valve and pipe-fittings, food-process machine parts, saw-machine parts, machinery components, and so on. From certain level, Kelida has realized that "Turning the Foundry Industry into the Foundation of Metal Working".
Since 1996, in appreciation of the company's excellent performance in manufacturing and exporting, Kelida has won the awards issued by China government for successive 4 years.
Kelida achieved the Quality Assurance System Approval by TUV CERT ISO9002 in 1999.
