Product Introduction HASTELLOY X Alloy Plate is manufactured from HASTELLOY® X, a solid-solution strengthened nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy known for its excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and fabricability. This alloy exhibits outstanding performance in oxidizing and neutral atmospheres and maintains good mechanical stability during prolonged exposure to high temperatures. HASTELLOY X also offers excellent weldability and formability, making it suitable for complex fabricated structures without post-weld heat treatment. In the Chinese standard system, HASTELLOY X corresponds to GH3536, and is widely used in aerospace, gas turbines, industrial furnaces, and high-temperature structural components.
