Deep Hole Metal Processing Drilling And Boring Machine This machine tool is a device for processing cylindrical deep hole parts such as various hydraulic cylinders, spindle holes, cylinder holes, and cooling holes. It can not only drill and bore holes, but also perform rolling processing. Drilling adopts the internal chip removal BTA drilling method, and the oiler supplies oil. Through the cutting area, the chips are discharged from the inside of the drill rod to the chip removal bucket at the end of the drill rod. Boring adopts the push boring method, and the oiler supplies oil. The oil carries the chips forward and is discharged from the chuck body at the spindle end of the bed head; rolling processing adopts a single rolling method. After rolling, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.8~Ra0.4um. The top tightening of the workpiece and the clamping of the oiler are both hydraulically controlled, which is safe, reliable and easy to operate. The machine tool can also be equipped with a drill rod box to meet different processing requirements.
