Product Description Brief Introduction Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) flooring, also known as anti-static flooring, or static control flooring, comes with permanent anti-static performance. It is usually considered to protect electronics from damage caused by static electricity. The ESD flooring sheets are of high density, homogeneous, and non-porous natural organic sheet visual. They're manufactured by an extrusion process, mixing and pressing the 100% virgin PVC granules with special material under proper pressure and temperature. Conductive elements are distributed throughout the flooring material (homogeneous), Thus they give ESD floors electrical conductivity, create an electrical pathway from the walking surface to the ground, and guarantee a permanent ESD performance. ESD vinyl flooring tiles are the choice of professionals for controlling electrostatic discharge in clean rooms, electronics manufacturing, computer rooms, aerospace, wind tunnels, optics, robots, pharmaceutical factories, intelligent upgrades of traditional manufacturers, and anywhere flammable & combustible or static-sensitive components are being used.
