SPECIFICATION: It is characterized by very high hardenability, resistance to tempering, possibility of working at high temperatures and low susceptibility to forming a surface crack net.Disadvantages of the grade are low sensitivity to rapid temperature fluctuations during operation, low impact and shock resistance. Before use the tools must be warmed to a minimum temperature of 200 C, but must not exceed the tempering temperature. Product Description INCONEL 690 (UNS N06690) Fin Folded Sheet is manufactured from high-chromium nickel alloy sheet, specially designed for heat exchanger fins, folded heat transfer elements, and high-temperature thermal systems. With a chromium content of approximately 30%, Alloy 690 offers exceptional resistance to high-temperature oxidation, hot corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, especially in steam, oxidizing atmospheres, sulfur-containing gases, and nuclear or chemical environments. The folded fin structure significantly increases heat transfer efficiency while maintaining excellent mechanical stability at elevated temperatures. INCONEL 690 fin folded sheets are widely used in industrial furnaces, heat exchangers, power generation, petrochemical equipment, and nuclear systems.
