How can I delete my account?
You can request to delete your account through any of the following methods:
1. Log in via PC: Go to "My Account" → Access "Company Info" → Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the page → Change your Company Name to "Please delete this account".
2. Log in via App: Go to "My Account" → Enter "Settings" → Select "Account Security" → Tap "Account Deletion" to submit the request.
3. Via Live Chat: Contact our support team through Live Chat and request account deletion.
4. By Email: Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address to apply for account deletion.
We will process your request within 2-3 business days after receiving it. Please wait patiently. If you need to reactivate your account, you can register again.
