How can I apply for a refund for a Secured Trading Service order?
Currently, the platform does not support application for refund on the app and mobile side, please apply on the PC side.
Please go to your order page at https://membercenter.made-in-china.com/newtrade/order/page/list.html to cancel the order.
Step: hover over 'Request Revision' --> then click on 'Request Refund'.
Once the supplier agrees, the funds will be returned to your original account.
If the supplier does not agree to your refund application, please send sufficient supporting documents along with the order number to [email protected]. A dedicated staff member will contact you within one working day.
